Dish antennas are becoming popular, partly because monthly costs are lower than for cable.
But there are some rules: The installers are supposed to get permits. The dish cannot be mounted on the front of a building, must not be visible from the street, and cannot exceed 2 feet in diameter.
It's nice to know the rules are guarding us from visual pollution.
